Main Materials of Gabion basket
Galvanized steel wire: High quality low carbon steel wire, wire diameter is 2.0MM-4.0MM, the tensile strength of steel wire is not less than 380Mpa. Hot dipped galvanized steel wire protects the surface. The thickness of galvanized protective layer can be produced according to customers’request. The largest mass of zinc coat is 300g/m2.
Galfan steel wire is a new international materials in recent years. Corrosion resistance of zinc coat is over 3 times than the traditional coat. The steel wire diameter is up to 2.0MM-4.0MM, the tensile strength of steel wire is not less than 1380Mpa.
Galvanized steel wire after PVC coated: high low-carbon steel wire, warped PVC and PE protective layer in galvanized steel wire surface, and then woven into all kinds of Gabion box. This protective layer will increase the protection of higher pollution environment. The choice of different color is suitable to surrounding environment.x
